Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@bigtify.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.

5. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial does not require payment. No refund is applicable for free trial accounts.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for accounts that have been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
